Common questions
What’s the difference between enclosed and open transport?
Enclosed carriers shield the car from weather, road debris, and prying eyes; open carriers cost less and suit daily drivers. We recommend enclosed for anything you’d worry about parking outside overnight.
Is my car insured during transport?
Yes. Our carrier insurance covers your vehicle door to door. Ask us for a certificate of insurance before pickup — we’re happy to send one.
Can you move a car that doesn’t run?
Yes, with advance notice. Non-running vehicles need a winch and extra loading time, so let us know when you request a quote.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks is ideal. We can often accommodate shorter notice — call and ask.
What are your hours?
We work by appointment, seven days a week. Call or text and we’ll schedule pickup and delivery around your availability.
